TERM AND CONDITIONS OF BOARDING

  1. All cats must be up to date with their annual F3 vaccinations.
  2. All cats must be desexed.
  3. No medication will be administered without prior notice and approval. A fee of $5 per dose may apply.
  4. All cats must be treated for fleas and worms prior to check-in. If fleas are detected, Purrrfect Pet Place will administer treatment and the cost will be added to the owner's account.
  5. Purrrfect Pet Place reserves the right to refuse entry to any cat without explanation. Aggressive cats will not be tolerated and may be refused future bookings.
  6. Boarding is charged on a daily basis. For example, check-in on Monday and check-out on Tuesday will incur two days of boarding fees, regardless of the check-in/out times.
  7. No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns.
  8. All accounts must be paid at check-in via cash, EFTPOS, credit card (excluding Amex), or bank transfer prior to arrival. Credit card processing fees apply.
  9. Daily rates are subject to change at the discretion of Purrrfect Pet Place without notice.
  10. Bookings that include school holidays or peak periods require a non-refundable deposit within 7 days of making the booking.
  11. The owner agrees that Purrrfect Pet Place may use any local veterinary surgeon of their choosing. If the owner cannot be contacted, the vet’s decision regarding treatment will be final.
  12. The owner is responsible for all veterinary costs incurred while the animal is in the care of Purrrfect Pet Place.
  13. Under no circumstances will Purrrfect Pet Place or its employees be held responsible for stress, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind that may occur to any animal in their care.
  14. Purrrfect Pet Place is not responsible for the condition of your pet’s coat while in our care, including matting or knotting.
  15. Purrrfect Pet Place is not responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction of any personal items left with your pet.
  16. If the owner has not advised Purrrfect Pet Place of a revised check-out date within two weeks of the original check-out date or has not paid the account in full, the cat will be deemed abandoned. Purrrfect Pet Place reserves the right to rehome the animal as they see fit.
  17. By signing at check-in, the owner confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as set out by Fersom Pty Ltd T/A Purrrfect Pet Place.

You will be required to sign your pet’s card at check-in, acknowledging agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
