 All bookings are required to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of total boarding fee within 7 days of booking.  Balance of payment is due OCTOBER 1ST .

All "minimum stay" bookings (23/12/25 to 2/1/26) are required to pay in full at time of booking.

If a booking is cancelled prior to the 1st of  October the amount paid, minus $50 administration fee, will be credited to a future stay with us.  If a booking is cancelled after the 1st of October the full deposit paid is forfeited. 

No check ins or outs during our "closed" period (see above)

No refunds or credits will be given  for early return from holidays.

Please respect that this is a 24/7 business and whilst we are closed we are onsite and working taking care of our inhouse guests but also enjoying some family down time away from the duties of reception.

 Easter Trading Hours

  • Thursday 2nd April: Open 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Friday 3rd April: Closed

  • Saturday 4th April: Closed

  • Sunday 5th April: Closed

  • Monday 6th April: Closed

  • Tuesday 7th April: Open 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Important Booking Information

  • All 6-day bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.

  • All other bookings that include the Easter long weekend require a non-refundable 50% deposit per unit, payable within 7 days of booking. The balance is due at check-in.

  • No check-ins or check-outs are available during our closed periods listed above.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for early returns.

  • During closure times, staff are onsite caring for in-house guests, but reception is closed as we also enjoy some family downtime.

  • Dates booked cannot be changed at check-in. Full payment for the original dates will still apply.
